The Cloudflare issues impacting the ability to access resources seem to have been fixed by the vendors.

Our teams have tested various publishers' content and will continue to monitor for any remaining issues.

Users may experience issues when trying to access content on e-resource publishers platforms.



There is a widespread issue affecting NYU and other universities' remote access to publishers' content hosted on the Atypon platform. This may include resources from Wiley, Taylor & Francis, Sage, Elsevier, etc.



NYU and other universities use EzProxy servers to access resources, the EzProxy is perceived as malicious by Cloudflare, the security software used by Atypon, and access gets blocked.

We are in touch with the publishers to resolve the issue but but there is not yet a fix. We will post updates as they become available to us.
