The interlibrary loan application has been migrated to a new server and most services have been restored.

User Impact

Users of the Health Sciences Library (HSL) ILL service may be unable to access their ILL webpages while HSL teams investigate a possible issue with EZProxy authentication.

Interlibrary Loan Service (ILL) Maintenance - from 3:00 PM (ET) Tuesday, January 7th to 3:00 PM (ET) Wednesday, January 8th

We will be migrating the server for interlibrary loan, starting at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, January 7th, until approximately 3:00 pm (ET) on Wednesday, January 8th.

User Impact

Users will be unable to access previously delivered articles and chapters on the ILL pages, or to initiate new requests, during the downtime.

We’ll provide updates through this page during the downtime and once service is restored.
